Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility:
    • To be eligible for a return, the product must have been purchased directly from an authorized Royal Purple distributor or retailer within the GCC region.
    • Returns are only accepted within a specified period from the date of purchase, typically within 07 days. After this period, returns may not be accepted.
  2. Product Condition:
    • The returned product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact.
    • Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are not in a resalable condition may not be eligible for a return or may incur a restocking fee.
  3. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, the customer must contact the authorized Royal Purple distributor or retailer from whom the product was purchased.
    • The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice, along with details about the product and reason for the return.
    • The authorized distributor or retailer will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return, including any required forms or documents.
  4. Return Approval:
    • The authorized distributor or retailer will evaluate the return request and determine whether it meets the eligibility criteria.
    • If the return is approved, the customer may be issued a return authorization number (RMA) and further instructions on how to return the product.
  5. Return Shipping:
    • The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangements of shipping the returned product back to the authorized distributor or retailer.
    • It is recommended to use a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as Royal Purple and the authorized distributor/retailer are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  6. Refund or Exchange:
    • Once the returned product is received and inspected by the authorized distributor or retailer, a refund or exchange may be processed, depending on the customer’s preference and availability of stock.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, excluding any shipping or handling charges.
    • Exchanges will be subject to product availability and any price differences, which may require additional payment or refund.
  7. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Certain products may be non-returnable due to specific characteristics. These include, but are not limited to, opened or used products, custom-blended products, or products nearing their expiration dates.
  8. Manufacturer’s Warranty:
    • Products covered under Royal Purple’s manufacturer warranty will be subject to the warranty terms and conditions provided by Royal Purple. The return process for warranty claims may differ from general returns and require additional documentation.
  9. Refund Exceptions:
    • Royal Purple and the authorized distributor or retailer reserve the right to deny a return, refund, or exchange if the returned product does not meet the specified eligibility criteria or if the return policy is violated.
  10. Changes to the Return Policy:
    • Royal Purple and its authorized distributors or retailers may modify the return policy at their discretion. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the most recent version of the return policy before initiating a return
